Nice place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff offered me a hot drink to warm up. I highly recommend enjoying the bar lounge area. I'm coming back for a xmas.

Very good conditions for such money. Please note that the hotel inside looks better than the outside.

The breakfast was fantastic with eggs, sausage, and lots of fresh fruit. My room was bright and quiet. It opened to a nice public deck. The public transport access made getting around super easy. Definitely a solid choice for a solo traveler 😊

Friendly staff. It's the second time this year that I stay there. In addition, it's very close to the subway station and, in case you need to take a cab, just tell the driver to drop you off at Portugalia restaurant. And it's also 15 min from the airport for only 6 euros the ride.
The last thing that I've complained was the absence of the wifi internet and now it is there available and working properly. Now I think it's time they begin to remove the carpets of the rooms. Those things are really outdated...

It was our first hotel in Portugal and first impression is lasting! Both desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. It formed an immediate postive impression of the Portuguese people. Quiet hotel.
Not a very good location in Lisbon.

Loved the location, just a few meters away from the metro stop and supermarkets. Having a refrigerator in the room was a real plus, as it allowed me to keep snacks and drinks handy. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and it was tidied up every day without fail. I found the carpet in the room quite unwelcoming. I would have preferred a hard floor. Navigating the city can be quite challenging for those with mobility issues. My bad knee made it difficult to find places to sit down and rest. The breakfast options were limited and could use an upgrade to better cater to different tastes. A strong stay, but with room for improvements in certain areas.

The hotel is a good deal for its price. The room was clean and it was close to all means of public transportation, besides there was a supermarket nearby.
Overall the staff is friendly but when I told them that I want to cancel my last night, they informed me that I have to pay anyway for the whole reservation period. I was looking for a apartment to stay for the rest of the year during my stay there and I had found one prior to my last night. So I did not want to pay extra, but I have been forced to anyway. The sound that comes from the water pipes in the walls are real :)

Location was good: a 5 min walk from the subway station which brings you to the city center in another 5 minutes.

We enjoyed spacious accommodations with our kids and service dog. The proximity to public transport made exploring Lisbon easy, especially with little ones in tow. It was nice to have a comfortable spot to return to after a long day sightseeing.
My wife says that the area could be cleaner.

The room itself was well laid out with comfortable double bed, cable TV, as example. The breakfast had decent choices and there were bangers and bacon.
Their staff were not very nice.

It was a decent hotel.
On the day we arrived, the hotel used their credit card pre-authorisation privilege to draw the amount we had to pay. Without warning us. Two days later, on checking out, I wanted to pay by another card, but only then found out the payment had already been taken from the card I used to make the booking. The receptionist told us it was hotel policy, but we felt we should have been given prior notice about this. So be warned.

Small rooms, no window for the interior ones. Bad neighborhood, far from center, not very recommended/nice walk after dark.
